Leadership Strategies for Individual Schools
The Virtual Leadership Strategy Sessions are a three-month, collaborative working session designed to help leaders, principals, assistant principals, district leaders, instructional coaches, and school improvement teams identify the highest-impact actions that can improve outreach, teaching and learning.
Using the REAL Impact Framework™ (Real-Time Data, Embedded Coaching, Aligned Instruction, and Listening Support), we examine current instructional systems, student performance data, intervention practices, and leadership priorities to develop a practical action plan.
Sessions may include:
- Review of school or district achievement data
- Analysis of instructional systems and current practices
- Identification of barriers to student success
- Evaluation of intervention and literacy supports
- Alignment of professional learning communities (PLCs) with instructional goals
- Prioritization of immediate, high-impact actions
- Development of a 30-, 60-, or 90-day implementation plan
At the conclusion of the session, leaders receive a customized summary of observations, recommendations, and next steps designed to support measurable improvements in student achievement.
Ideal for:
Schools seeking an external perspective on instructional effectiveness
Schools identified for improvement
