This option provides the time, structure, and leadership support needed to move beyond discussion and into practical implementation. Over the course of 90 days, REAL Impact Group partners with district and school leaders to review current data, identify instructional priorities, strengthen leadership alignment, and develop a clear action plan tied to measurable student outcomes.

- Review of available student achievement, intervention, and instructional data
- Analysis of current instructional systems and leadership priorities
- Tier I and Tier II instructional support planning
- PLC, coaching, and intervention alignment recommendations
- 30-, 60-, and 90-day strategic action plan
- Monthly leadership support sessions

- Midpoint review and adjustment session
- Final leadership reflection and next-step recommendations
