Will your consultants need to teach a class of students during the consulting process? No. REAL Impact Group consultants do not replace teachers or provide direct classroom instruction as part of our consulting model. Our work focuses on improving the systems that support teaching and learning—including data use, instructional alignment, intervention planning, coaching, and professional learning communities.

We believe that teachers are the instructional experts who know their students best. Teachers remain the primary instructors; our role is to help create the conditions that enable their success.

By strengthening these systems, we help schools increase student achievement while preserving the critical role of classroom teachers as the primary drivers of instruction.
